Do you want to learn how to avoid Emotional Abuse? If yes, then keep reading... Energy vampires make you feel like you owe them the world, including your own sense of security, self-esteem, and confidence. They'll make every day an obstacle course, an elaborate maze to navigate with extreme caution. Make the wrong turn, and you could be face to face with their demons. Much like the typical image of pop culture vampires throughout the years, real-life energy vampires can be seductive, admirable, pleasant, and charismatic. They ooze an appeal that begs to be praised, and we just can't help but give them the attention that they so obviously deserve... at a glance. It's because of their superb capability to present themselves in the best way possible that makes it easy for the rest of us to feel captivated and fall in love. We gravitate towards them, we offer ourselves up to them, we try to be a part of their life because we want that perfection to rub off on us. But when the smoke clears away, and the mask is pulled off, the real narcissist shows its true form. Behind closed doors, these individuals can be the worst to deal with. They'll make you feel like everything is your fault and they'll make you doubt your own capabilities and talents. They'll destroy your reputation and your relationships without thinking twice, and they'll laugh at you when it's all over. They'll control you and take your identity, they'll force you to toe a tight line and whip you back into shape when you make the tiniest misstep. They're not easy to deal with, and they're definitely not yours to fix. This book bundle contains the following 5-books: Codependency Narcissism Narcissistic abuse Emotional and narcissistic partner abuse Borderline personality disorder At the end of the day, the narcissist in your life will not change. Accept that. Don't think that it was ever your responsibility to make them a better person. It never was. What you need to think about is your own self-worth, your emotional wellness, and your mental well-being. You are your own responsibility, and you need to protect yourself from the vampires around you. So, take this information as your wooden stake and drive it through the heart of the relationship you've been trying to save. Before anyone else, save yourself from the abuse and give yourself the chance at a better life and better relationships - there are far more people out there who would gladly give you what you truly deserve without any strings attached. Is it easy to live life without the abuser you've come to know and love? Absolutely not. But remember, you can't pour from an empty vessel. ★★Buy the Paperback Version of this Book and get the Kindle Book version for FREE ★★ Do You Know that Narcissism is a Trait that Exists on a Spectrum? It's healthy for each of us to have a fluid capacity for narcissistic behavior, in order to protect, stand up for, and take care of ourselves. But an individual with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) has an extreme level of narcissistic inclination that overshadows all of their other drives. Their egocentricity and lust for superiority are the most important aspects of their hollow self-worth. Narcissists will often stop at nothing to secure a sense of power and invulnerability to protect their egos. Everything in their lives is defined as a competition, even when cooperation and collaboration make more sense for everyone involved. Unfortunately, these traits severely limit the narcissist's capacity to participate meaningfully in reciprocal relationships. Some mental health professionals would even go so far as to imply that people suffering from this empathy-deficient personality disorder aren't capable of feeling love for other people--at least not in the same way that the rest of us experience it. This being the case, you might argue that narcissistic abuse isn't a conscious or purposeful behavior on the part of the narcissist; rather, you might view this abuse as simply an unfortunate, but inevitable, byproduct of trying to establish loving or mutually respectful relationships with people who are entirely unable to uphold their end of the bargain. This perspective can be useful for victims of familial or romantic narcissistic abuse, who do themselves a disservice by attempting to cast their abusers as nefarious villains within their personal narratives. Even so, it's important for victims to understand the gravity of emotional abuse in long term relationships, whether those relationships are romantic or platonic, familial or social, professional or spiritual. It can be all too easy for victims of narcissism to justify and rationalize toxic behaviors, calling them annoying, inconvenient, challenging, problematic, self-absorbed and disrespectful, but still failing to recognize that even without physical violence, this type of treatment is indeed abusive, and it can leave lasting marks on the victim's psyche. Within these pages, you will learn... How to spot narcissism and the abusive relationship dynamics it creates How to understand the narcissist's seemingly volatile and unpredictable emotional patterns How to decode the abuse cycle How to recognize abusive strategies, such as gaslighting, shaming, and projection How to go "Low-Contact" with a narcissistic abuser How to use the "Grey Rock" method to prevent further abuse How to establish and maintain your personal boundaries How to cut ties with narcissists and go "No-Contact" How to handle smear campaigns, harassment, and other negative behaviors in the aftermath of a terminated relationship How to work towards recovery, healing, and personal growth How to rebuild your self-esteem and move past the identity of victimhood And more... Narcissistic abuse is a form of emotional abuse that is characteristic of men and women with a personality disorder. Individuals with this disorder engage in chronic devaluation and manipulation of their partners, and they have a worldview that is characterized by vanity and egotism. Narcissistic relationships are problematic because the partner in the relationship often is clueless as to the character of the person he/she is dealing. And what is even more baffling is the addiction bond the victims form with narcissistic abusers. Although narcissists are remarkable for their lack of empathy, they have enough awareness of the subjective emotional states of others to use this to engage in psychological manipulation and mind control. Narcissistic relationships follow a pattern that involves the narcissists creating an idealized version of themselves filled with false displays of love, followed by demeaning and devaluing the other persons, and finally destroying them completely. Narcissistic partners employ numerous stealthy tactics include verbal abuse and emotional invalidation, stonewalling, projection, taking control of every aspect of the victim's life, gaslighting and triangulation. Due to the narcissistic partner's "false self", the charismatic mask he or she projects to society, the victim often feels isolated in this type of abuse and is unlikely to have his or her experiences validated by friends, family and society. Narcissism is an overwhelming and confusing topic. But when you reveal its mask, you see that it is basically a lie, told to those who are vulnerable. And narcissistic abuse, by nature, is designed to keep you trapped in shame: it creates a set of beliefs, behaviors and paradigms in its target which must be changed from the inside. The main goals of this book are: To reveal the obstacles which keep you trapped in a cycle of narcissistic abuse To give you the tools for healing, recovery and freedom To help you on your healing journey, will be covered the following topics: The Origin of Narcissistic Personality Disorder Characteristics of Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome The Secret Languages of the Narcissists How Abusers Manipulate their Victims The Emotional Manipulation Signs and Techniques The Narcissistic Abuse Cycle Who are the Favorite Victims of Narcissists Signs You're the Victim of a Narcissist 5 Tips for Neutralizing the Impacts of Narcissistic Abuse How to Break the Bond of Addiction with the Abuser How to Raise Your Self-Esteem The Healing Procedure Narcissistic Abuse will provide you an overview of everything you are going through and what you need to do to fight a narcissist. The narcissist lives in a fantasy world of their own creation. Although psychoanalysts have not reached a consensus on what causes narcissism, the narcissist has a worldview that is characterized by vanity and egotism, not unlike the egocentric behaviors that we associate with very young children. Because of their disordered sense of self, the narcissists are prone to engage in several actions that are damaging to those around them. These include bullying, demeaning comments, and other forms of emotional abuse. Narcissistic abuse is a form of emotional abuse that is characteristic of men and women with a personality disorder. Although this term was first used to describe the type of abuse that narcissistic parents engaged in with their children, this mental abuse can occur in any kind of relationship that involves a narcissist, including the relationship between a married couple and lovers. Though narcissists are remarkable for their lack of empathy, they have enough awareness of the subjective emotional states of others to use this to engage in psychological manipulation and mind control. Narcissistic relationships are problematic because the partner in the relationship often is clueless as to the character of the person they are dealing with and the nature of the bond they have formed. Narcissistic relationships follow a pattern that involves the narcissist creating an idealized version of themselves filled with false displays of love, followed by demeaning and devaluing the other person, and finally discarding and destroying them completely. The phases of the narcissistic relationship will be described in detail in Healing After Narcissistic Abuse: Recovering from Emotionally Abusive Relationship; How to Recognize Covert Manipulation Psychology in a Narcissistic Relationship to Fight Narcissism and Codependency. Even if you've never been able to defend yourself from the manipulative behavior of a narcissist, this book will be teaching the techniques you need to be free. Would You Like To Know More?
